Data tables for the report ‘Consumers’ food safety practices in the home: trends and insights from 2020–2025’. The tables include trend data for selected questions in the FSA Food and You 2 Survey: Waves 1-10 (2020-2025), asked to respondents in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. All other FSA data referenced in the report can be accessed by searching for the relevant study in the FSA Data Catalog.

Kitchen Life 2 is a behavioural research project that used video capture to understand real-life behaviour in household and business kitchens. This dataset includes information about the kitchens that took part in the research, all of the time-stamped coded variables from the video footage, and temperature data (captured from fridge and freezer thermometers).
