The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme Audit and Business Survey is an annual piece of research conducted across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is a dual strand piece of research involving a covert audit of businesses to look at rates of FHRS display, and a telephone survey to explore business attitudes and awareness towards the scheme. The data to be published is the individual country weighted data tables for the 2024 wave of the research.
