FCI/CCIR - IRIS conditions - Sheep and Goats

A list of post-mortem rejection conditions in sheep & goats, agreed by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in partnership with the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) and representatives of the farming and meat industry. Each condition relates directly to public and/or animal health or animal welfare, to ensure producers and processors can act on the problems identified efficiently.
